እኛ አዋሽ ወይን ለደንበኞቻችን በማናቸውም ቦታ፤በፈለጉን  ጊዜ ሁሉ ለከፈሉት ገንዘብ  የሚመጥን እርካታ የሚሰጥ እና ዝግጅቶቻቸውን በደመቀ ሁኔታ ለማክበር የሚያስችላቸውን ምርት በማቅረብ የደንበኞቻችንን የቀን ተቀን ፈገግታ እና አመኔታ በመጨመር ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡

ይህንንም ለማሳካት ነባር ምርቶቻችንን በማሻሻል እና በአዳዲስ ምርቶች ግኝት ላይ በማተኮር የደንበኞቻችንን ፍላጎት ለማርካት እና ልቆ ለመገኘት በመስራት ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡  

ለዚህም ሲባል የአዋሽ ወይን ከፍተኛ የስራ አመራር እና ሰራተኞች፡-

• ደህንነቱ እና የጥራት ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ወይን ለሀገር ውስጥ እንዲሁም ለውጭ ሀገር ገበያ አምርቶ ለማቅረብ፤
• በሁሉም የኩባንያው ስራዎች የተቀናጀ የጥራት እና የምግብ ደህንነት ስርዓት 9001;2015 እና 22000:2018 ለመተግበር እና ለማስቀጠል፤
• የደንበኞቻችንን ፍላጎት ለማርካት እና ልቆ ለመገኘት፤
• በህግ የተደነገጉ እና በተቆጣጣሪ አካላት የተቀመጡ መስፈርቶችን ለማሟላት በቁርጠኝነት እንሰራለን፡፡

በዚህ ረገድ የሰራተኞቻችንን ክህሎት በማጎልበት፤ ውጤታማ የሆነ የሀብት ምደባና የአጠቃቀም ስርዓት በማስፈን እንዲሁም ፖሊሲዎችን እና የአሰራር ስርዓቶችን በየደረጃው በማውረድ በጥሩ የጋራ መግባባት እንሰራለን፡፡

ሰራተኞቻችንን የቀን ተቀን ስራችው  በዚህ ፖሊሲና፤በጥራት እና የምግብ ደህንነት አስተዳደር ስርዓቶችና የአሰራር ደንብ እየተመሩ እንደሚያከናውኑ እንተማመናለን፡፡
